Been dealing with some aches and pains? Not sure if you have plantar faciitis or some other foot ailment? Want to see if you are dealing with Runner's Knee or is it something more?
If you answered yes to any of these (or have other nagging injuries) Then come join us on Tuesday, April 18th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm as we host Dr. Anne Allen, M.D. and John Shelton of Shelton Prosthetics and Orthotics for an evening of discussion on othodics, footwear and how it benefits, aids, and prevents some of the most common running injuries.
